BILOXI, MS (WLOX) - The Mississippi Gulf Coast is already receiving good press after the "Society of American Travel Writers" wrapped up its annual conference this week.
Forbes travel writer Larry Olmsted was one of those visiting writers. In an article published online, Olmsted called Beau Rivage "the best casino hotel outside Las Vegas." The article gives glowing reviews to the restaurants and amenities at the Beau.
Olmsted writes, "One of the biggest appeals of the Beau Rivage is its location." He went on to say the Mississippi Gulf Coast is "one of the country's vastly underrated vacation destinations."
